A recent quest for navy shorts took me to Nordstrom at Waterside Shops in Naples, Florida. I didn’t find the shorts I was looking for as I stopped short at the Halogen skirt display and bought the denim navy skirt. The salesgirl said she loves the pencil skirts and I have to agree. They fit beautifully and has a band that fits below the belly button, which  flattens a trouble-some area.

A great buy at $59.00!

The semi-annual sale at Nordstrom was a success! Here’s a display from the International Plaza.  Business was brisk! . This outfit featuring a Caslon cardigan is adorable and shifts easily from work to play. We bought the grey sweater along with the Halogen seamed knit skirt in deep violet. This skirt will become a staple; the new black!
